Jackie has been a resident of Harrison County, Kentucky for 31 years. She spent 38 years as a pharmacist in various healthcare settings as clinician, manager, and information technology specialist.
Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Wayne State University, Masters in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and later, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky. She was appointed to the Board of Directors at Harrison Memorial Hospital after retiring in 2019.
For years, Jackie has dabbled in family genealogy research, tracing maternal Kentucky roots in Madison and Estill counties as well as paternal lineage in Tennessee, Georgia, and Indiana. She is thrilled to be a volunteer researcher with the Kentucky US Colored Troops Project. Other interests include hiking, performing with Licking Valley Singers community choir, reading, and sports.
